Position : Senior HR Manager

Educational Qualification Age : 7+ years, in consumer tech Degree in HR or similar fields Below 45

Roles/ResponsibilitiesOverall accountability for the design & implementation of high quality HR products, processes and services.
Ensure the integration of HR solutions across business units.
Prepare, present and embed specific strategies for sourcing, learning &development and compensation & benefits.
Lead the development of HR service level agreements with business units. 
Budgeting and project planning & tracking.
Define annual HR strategy process cycle and dates incl performancemanagement, succession planning, workforce planning, annual salaryreviews, etc.Talent Hiring, retaining, developing
RequirementMinimum of 7 years experience as a Senior HR ManagerLeadership and management skillsAnalytical mindset to develop and utilize reliable metricsUnderstanding of other, technical & non-technical parts of the businessCooperation and collaborationFinancial skills including budgeting, forecasting, justifying
