Roles/Responsibilities | Overall accountability for the design & implementation of high quality HR products, processes and services. Ensure the integration of HR solutions across business units. Prepare, present and embed specific strategies for sourcing, learning &development and compensation & benefits. Lead the development of HR service level agreements with business units. Budgeting and project planning & tracking.
